How To Unsubscribe Customers

Unsubscribing customers from an active subscription can be done on an individual level, or in bulk, but must be completed using a browser.
To Unsubscribe an individual customer:
From the Contact page, click into the subscriber's profile.
In the Membership box, click the three dots in the upper right corner.
Select "Cancel subscription plan".
Choose if the subscriber's access will end at the end of their billing cycle, or immediately.
To issue a refund, click the issue refund box at the bottom of the subscription cancelation box.
If issuing a refund, please select if the refund will be issued in full, or prorated proportionally to the timing of the subscription cancelation.
Finally, hit the large red "Cancel subscription" button at the bottom of the box.
To Bulk Unsubscribe customers:
From the Contact page, filter by the product in question, and select all.
In the upper right corner, click on the "Manage" drop down menu.
Select "Cancel subscription plan".
Choose if the subscriber's access will end at the end of their billing cycle, or immediately.
To issue a refund, click the issue refund box at the bottom of the subscription cancelation box.
If issuing a refund, please select if the refund will be issued in full, or prorated proportionally to the timing of the subscription cancelation.
Finally, hit the large red "Cancel subscription" button at the bottom of the box.
Please Note: If subscriber's access ends at the end of their billing cycle, they will NOT be able to subscribe to the new subscription until after the end of their billing cycle.
