While we’re sorry to see you leave, the process to delete your Hype account is easy.
⚠️ Warning: Deleting your account is irreversible. Your Hype Site URL will no longer be active or accessible. We have no way of restoring your Hype data or reactivating your account, so if you would like to use Hype again after you delete your account, you'll need to sign up for a new account.
🔔 Note: If you have a paid subscription, you should cancel your subscription first before deleting your account. If you are currently using Hype to process payments, you will need to first disconnect Stripe from your Hype account.
How to delete your account in the Hype App:
- Tap here on your mobile device or manually navigate to Settings → Business Profile in the Hype App and tap the Delete my account button.
- Complete the checklist and survey.
- Tap the Delete Account button.
How to delete your account in the browser:
- Click here or manually navigate to Settings in the Hype Dashboard.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone.
- Click the Delete my account button.
- Complete the checklist and survey.
- Type Delete my Hype account in the field at the bottom of the form.
- Click the Delete account button.
