If a user reports not receiving a confirmation email, we first recommending having them check their junk folder for an email from an address ending in @hype.co.
Alternatively, if the user's email is filtered by a firewall or security service, "hype.co" may have to be whitelisted.
We also recommend sending the a user a magic link. In order to send a magic link, navigate to the Contacts section of your Hype dashboard by clicking the Contacts icon on the navigation bar located on the left. You may also get there by heading to: https://dashboard.hype.co/contacts
Find the user that you are looking for by searching for them in the Contacts table. Click the user within the Contacts table in order to open their profile page. Once in their profile, click the vertical three dots located next to their name in the header. This will open the dropdown as seen below. Select the Send magic link option, and upon selection, a success flag will appear alerting that the link has been sent!
