I Need Help Resetting My Password!
If you are attempting to login to your Hype Dashboard and need to reset your password, navigate to the Hype login page and click "Forgot Password."
Follow the necessary steps and the login information will be forwarded to the email on file. Please make sure to check your spam! If you're still having trouble accessing your account, please reach out to support@hype.co!
Why Do I Have Multiple Accounts?
If you have found that you have multiple accounts open, you may have accidentally created a secondary account. If you would like to keep your multiple account(s) and would like access to another, you can switch accounts by going to your profile picture in the bottom-left hand corner and selecting "Switch Account."
If you would like to delete your secondary account, you can go to your Settings and select Delete Account.
I Am a Subscriber to Someone Who Uses Hype and Need Password Assistance!
If you aren't a Hype customer, but have an account with someone who uses Hype to manage their business and subscriptions, you can login directly from their website. If you're unsure of where to login on their website, please reach out to them directly so they can send you a direct link.
Most users sign-in through a small pop-up or icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the account.
If you are having trouble accessing your account, select "Reset your password":
How Do I Change My Password?
If you use the same email address for accessing your site that you use to access your Hype Dashboard, you can reset your password from the Hype Gadget on your site/landing pages (or any site you've logged into with Hype).
To do so, start the login process and either use the request password link or change your password while already logged in. You'll be able to use this shared password to access the Hype Dashboard.
The process begins by first clicking on the Hype icon on the lower right of the site you are working on which will then open up your account details. From there, click on the Edit Profile option.
You should see an area that includes your password. In order to reset it, click the edit icon on the right of the password portion.
This will open a modal that allows you to make changes. Make your edits, and once you have done so, click the check mark icon on the upper right portion of the modal.
