What information is collected by Hype for my Contacts?
When a user registers with Hype, we create and store a Contact record for them using their Email as an identifier.
Information gathered by Hype is stored on the Contacts page and can be exported as a comma-separated value (CSV) file. To export the Contacts you can select the settings option in the top right, then select "Download as CSV":

Some of the information stored by Hype includes the following:

Signup Date: The date the user registered with your community

Name: If the user enters their name or shares it via social login (Facebook, Google), it will be saved

Membership: If the member is paying, their membership will be stored and displayed

Payment Tier: The name of the tier that they are on if they have a membership

Newsletters: A comma separated list of newsletters names that users are subscribed to

Billing Cycle: The frequency of their billing (monthly, annual)

Trial End Date: If you offer trials and a user signs up, this will show the trial expiration date

Billing Period End: The date the user's current membership period ends

Recurring Payment: The value of the product that the user is on and is paying each cycle

Latest Payment Date: The last date that the user made a payment

Latest Payment Amount: The value that the user paid on their last payment
-
Total Spent: The total dollar amount that the user has spent
-
Discount Code Used: If the contact used a discount code, that value will be stored here

Group: The name of the group that a contact is associated with if they signed up via a group invitation link

Last Visit: The date that the contact was last seen on the website

Pageviews in Last 30 Days: The total number of pages that a contact has viewed in the last 30 days

Signup Location: The country identified for Signup Location based on IP address geolocation

Signup Page: The URL associated with the user when they signed up

Signup Device: The type of device the user signed up on

Signup Referral Source: The referral source that the user signed up from (search engine, direct visit, etc.)

Signup UTM Campaign: The UTM Campaign value on the URL when a user signed up
-
Signup UTM Content: The UTM Content value on the URL when a user signed up

Signup UTM Source: The UTM Source value on the URL when a user signed up

Signup AD Blocking: Whether or not an Ad Blocker was detected when the user signed up
-
Payment Page: The URL associated with the user when they made a payment

Payment Location: The country identified for Payment Location based on IP address Geo-Location

Payment Device: The type of device the user made a payment on

Payment Referral Source: The referral source that we detected when the user made a payment (search engine, direct visit, etc.)

Payment UTM Campaign: The UTM Campaign value on the URL when a user made a payment

Payment UTM Medium: The UTM Medium value on the URL when a user made a payment

Payment UTM Source: The UTM Source value on the URL when a user made a payment
-
Payment Ad Blocking: Whether or not an Ad Blocker was detected when the user made a payment

Connected Accounts: The accounts associated with the user when logging on such as Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, Github, etc.

Phone Number: The phone number for a user, if provided

Birthday: The birthday for a user, if provided

Age: The age for a user, if provided

Gender: The gender of a user, if provided

Address: The address of a user, if provided

Article Paywalls Seen in Last 30 Days: The number of paywalls encountered by the user in the last 30 days
Some optional fields, like Gender and DOB can be found if the user linked with a social authentication method such as Facebook or Google and allowed this information to be shared with Hype. Stripe does not require this information during payment process.
This information can be synced with Mailchimp as part of the segmentation process.
