Changing or Canceling A Hype Subscription

Hype plans can be changed at any time. If canceling or downgrading, access to all upgraded features will end at the end of the billing cycle.

📲 Please Note: If a Hype account was upgraded in the app, it must also be canceled through the app.

Subscription Cancelation In The Hype App:

1. Tap here on a mobile device or manually navigate to Settings → Billing in the Hype App.

2. If the subscription is managed by Apple, a popup will automatically appear. Tap the Cancel Subscription button.

3. If the subscription was started in a browser, the plan details will be visible on the Billing page. Tap the Modify Subscription button, which will open a new window. Tap the Cancel plan button.

1. From the Home page, click on the logo in the lower left corner.

2. Select “Billing” from the options menu.

3. Select “Cancel Subscription” button.
