Updating Payment Method From A Browser

  1. From the Home Page, click the logo icon in the lower right corner.

  2. Select the “Billing” option from the menu.

  3. Click “Change Payment Method” underneath the credit card at the top of the page.

  4. Enter new payment information and click “Update Payment Method” to save new information.

Updating Payment Method From the Hype iOS App

All payments made through the iOS app must go through Apple. To update a payment method for the iOS app, it must be done in the Apple Store. Find how to update an Apple Store payment method here.
