Hype Fee Structure & Signing Up for Paid Features

Overview of Fees

It's always free to sign-up, create a Hype Page, and utilize all of the free features. For upgraded features such as multiple pages, texting and email, refer to Hype’s pricing page.

Making Money with Hype

There is no monthly fee to integrate with Stripe. Hype charges a processing fee of 5% for Subscriptions, and a fee of 2% for Donation Boxes. These fees are exclusive of Stripe's pricing.

• *A note on Stripe's fees:

Stripe's standard fees on top of this are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. More advanced features or negotiated special pricing may affect Stripe account pricing. The Stripe fees listed above are by default, but can vary per creator. Visit Stripe's pricing page for more information.

How to Sign-up for Features

1. To subscribe to the paid features, login to Hype's dashboard and navigate to Settings by clicking on the business logo in the bottom left corner, and selecting”Settings”.

2. At the op of the Settings Page, click on ”Integrations”.

3. From here, simply click ”Install” under the desired integration.

There will also be a banner across the browser page, that will directly link to the upgrade page where a Hype Site can be upgraded.
