Disconnecting Stripe from Hype

Disconnecting from Stripe must be done from a browser, and cannot be completed throught the iOS app.

Please Note: When uninstalling Stripe, there will be two options:

1. Cancel all recurring payments: Select this to stop all ongoing user subscriptions.

2. Do NOT cancel recurring payments: Select this for active user subscriptions to continue without interruption. Please keep in mind that Hype will no longer be able to update user accounts or offer assistance with their subscriptions moving forward.

How to Disconnect Stripe in the Hype App:

Disconnecting Stripe is not possible within the Hype App at this time. Please follow the directions below to disconnect Stripe in the Hype Dashboard instead.

How to disconnect Stripe in the browser:

1. Click here or manually navigate to Settings.

2. From Settings, select “Integrations”

3. Then select “Stripe” from the Hype Dashboard.

4. Click the Uninstall button.

5. Select the preference for handling currently active subscriptions.

6. Type “UNINSTALL: in the field at the bottom of the form.

7. Click the Uninstall button.
