Updating Social Media Profiles on a Browser

Find social media profile information under the Account tab in Settings.

1. Scroll to the profile to update.

2. Enter the new Username or Profile URL.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the Social Media Profiles section.

4. Click “Update Social Media Profiles”

Important

If the link box contains the word "username" enter the social media handle (ex: @hypeuser123). If the link box contains the words "Profile URL" copy and paste the link to the corresponding social media account.

Updating Social Media Profiles on the iOS App

1. Click on the business logo in the upper left hand corner.

2. Click into “Business Profile”.

3. Select “Social Profiles”.

4. Click on the profile being updated, or to add a profile, click the “+” icon in the upper right hand corner.

5. Select the social media platform being added.

6. Enter the new information, and select “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.

7. To Delete a profile, hit the “-” icon to the right of the profile being removed.

8. Be sure to press “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
