Trouble Logging In & Managing Multiple Accounts
Password Reset
To reset a password, navigate to the Hype login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter the email address associated with the account and click “Reset Password”.
Check the email address associated with the account for a password reset email.
Follow the link in the email for password reset.

Update Password
Passwords can be updated in the Profile and Password section of Account Settings.
Managing Multiple Accounts Through A Browser
Hype allows for business users to maintain multiple accounts.
To switch between accounts, click the profile picture in the bottom left corner and select the "Switch Account” button.
If the second account was created by mistake, the account can be deleted by going into Settings and selecting “Delete Account”.
Before deleting an additional accounts, ensure all subscriptions are being managed by the existing account.
Managing Multiple Accounts Through The iOS App
Adding and Creating A New Account
Please note, adding a new account can only be done through the iOS App and is not available through a browser.
Click on the business logo in the upper left corner.
Click on “Accounts” in the upper right corner.
Within the Switch Account menu, click the “+” button in the upper right corner and enter the user name of the new account.
Click “Create Account” at the bottom.
Switching Between Hype Sites
To Switch between Hype sites that are managed by one account, click on the business logo in the upper left corner.
Click on the account being accessed, or use the search bar to find the Hype site.
