How to Erase Personal and Account Data On A Business Account

Hype has designed the system such that all account deletions also execute a data erasure for all personal and account data.
To delete a Hype account and erase all personal data, please follow the instructions listed below.
Deleting A Hype Account
⚠ Warning: Deleting an account is irreversible, and the Hype Site URL will not remain active or accessible. There is no way to restore deleted Hype data, or reactivate an account.
🔔 Note: All paid subscriptions, should be canceled before deleting an account. If Hype is the payment processor, Stripe must first be disconnected.
Deleting a Hype Account in the Browser:
Click here or manually navigate to Settings in the Hype Dashboard.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to the Danger Zone.
Click the “Delete My Account” button.
Complete the checklist and survey.
Type “Delete my Hype account” in the field at the bottom of the form.
Click the “Delete Account” button.
Deleting a Hype Account in the iOS App:
Click here using a mobile device or manually navigate to Settings → Business Profile in the Hype App and click the “Delete My Account” button.
Complete the checklist and survey.
Click the “Delete Account” button.
