Twilio Application Rejection

Twilio Application Rejection
Hype has very limited visibility into the Twilio application process, and why some applications are rejected.
It is important to note, Hype users must already have a contact block set up to submit a Twilio application.
All Twilio applications must use a real, physical address (PO Boxes are not valid). If an address used on an application does not exist, the application will be rejected.
Twilio must also be able to verify an applicant’s email address, business, and business URL.
Twilio has moved to an error code system that will allow Hype and the applicant to see the code associated with the application rejection.
For more information about rejected applications, please see Twilio’s Help Center Here for the most up to date codes.
Please Note, if a Twilio application is rejected, the associated account will need to be reset through Hype as well. To do this, please reach out to Hype’s Customer Service.
